Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Minanaturals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping times vary by country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Minanaturals is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Minanaturals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
