At Minanaturals, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
